Denied boarding (Overselling)

Air Saint-Pierre at no time overbooks flights. However, if a flight was to become overbooked for any reason and after having solicited volunteers who are willing to give up their seat in exchange for compensation, Air Saint-Pierre will:

• Rebook you on the next available Air Saint-Pierre flight within a reasonable time frame after the denial of boarding; or
• If we are unable to reroute you on another Air Saint-Pierre flight, we will arrange transport on another airline on a confirmed ticket under an equal fare class or less; or
• Refund the total amount paid for all unused part(s) of a ticket if you decide to no longer travel.

As well as (a) and (b), Air Saint-Pierre will refund any an all related expenses (accommodation, meal(s), ground transportation, etc.)
