Payment / Modification / Cancellation Policies

Payment Policy

  • Payments for all tickets must be finalized within 72 hours of booking the reservation. Non-compliance will result in the systematic cancellation of the reservation.
  • Air Saint-Pierre accepts 2 currencies for payment: the Euro and the Canadian dollar. As the exchange rates between the Euro and Canadian dollar fluctuate daily, if you wish to purchase your tickets in the opposite currency, please contact Air Saint-Pierre for further information.

We accept many methods of payment:

  • 3 Major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express
  • Debit or Cash
  • Cheques

 

Modification Policy

1. One Way Ticket:

If a modification/re-validation is made prior to the departure, the following penalties will be applied:

2. Return Ticket:

If a modification / re-validation is done before the departure or after the departure and the modification / re-validation affects only one leg or both legs of the trip, the following penalties are applied:

3. In a case where the passenger wishes to modify the routing of the ticket:

A. Refundable Ticket:

  • If the new routing is more expensive than the original, they must pay the difference of the fare + the modification/re-validation penalty,

    or,

  • If the new routing is less expensive than the original, the company will reimburse the difference minus the modification/re-validation penalties.

B. Non-Refundable Ticket:

  • If the new routing is more expensive than the original, they must pay the difference of the fare + the modification/re-validation penalty,

    or

  • If the new routing is less expensive than the original, there will be no reimbursement of the fare and the passenger will also have to  the modification/re-validation penalties.

Note:No penalties will be applied for medical reasons only and upon presentation of a certificate from a physician certifying that the passenger can not travel on the dates originally scheduled.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelling your reservation and the ticket hasn’t been paid for, there is no charge.
  • If you cancel your reservation and the ticket has been issued/paid we offer a few choices to our customers, depending on the type of ticket purchased:

1. Refundable Ticket:

The passenger will be reimbursed minus:

  • Before Departure:
    Departing from Saint-Pierre a penalty of 10€Departing from Canada a penalty of $15CAD
  • After the departure, if cancelling the return:

Departing from Saint-Pierre a penalty of 10€

Departing from Canada a penalty of $15CAD

In addition, if the passenger chooses to keep the ticket for a later date,  the ticket remains valid for one year from the date of issue: modification/re-validation fees apply.

2. Non-Refundable Ticket:

No refund/compensation is possible, except in the following situation:

  • Death of the passenger: upon presentation of a death certificate or other official documentation, Air Saint-Pierre will refund the ticket or the unused portion of the ticket, minus the penalty of 10€/$15 CAD.

 

Attention

It is the passenger(s) responsibility to ensure that all information (name, date, etc.) listed on the ticket(s) is correct. The company shall not be held responsible for any errors beyond a period of 24 hours after the ticket has been issued.
