Delayed or lost luggage
We work hard to ensure your checked baggage arrives with you. If it is delayed, please be assured we will do our best to deliver it to you as soon as possible. If you cannot locate your checked baggage upon arrival, please make sure to see an Air Saint-Pierre agent immediately to report your missing luggage.
- If you have not filled a missing luggage form on arrival you will need to contact Air Saint-Pierre immediately at 41 00 00 or by email at contact@airsaintpierre.com
- If your baggage is delayed, damaged, or lost, Air Saint-Pierre will refund the fees you paid to check it in.
- In respect to destruction, loss, delay, or damage to baggage, a carrier’s liability is limited to 1,288 Special Drawing Rights per passenger. This limit applies to most international itineraries, as well as to domestic itineraries within Canada. Temporary loss (less than 21 days)
Air Saint-Pierre will refund:
- The amount you have paid to check them in with Air Saint-Pierre;
- All amounts paid for essential needs (receipts must be provided).
Under the Montreal Convention, an appeal for damages must be made within 2 years, a complaint must be lodged within 7 business days and late or missing luggage must be reported within 21 business days.
